Welcome to Casa Mia Photo and thank you so much for choosing us for all your Real Estate marketing and content creation needs! By booking with Casa Mia Photo you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Rescheduling or cancelling your photoshoot session is free of charge, provided that reschedule or cancellation request is communicated to our office the day before the scheduled photoshoot. 
A $55.00 Same-day Cancellation fee will be assessed for reschedule/cancelation requests received on the day of the scheduled photoshoot session, given that no prior notice was provided.

Casa Mia photo will not cancel your appointment unless extreme weather raises safety concerns. If you choose to have your photo shoot completed and want exteriors on a different day, an additional fee may be incurred.

Refund Policy:

We have a no refund policy on all orders. If the client is not happy with the quality of the content delivered, we will do our best to re-edit it.

Licensing:

Casa Mia Photo grants the client a worldwide, limited, fully-paid license to use the photographs for the purposes of marketing the property specifically for MLS listing. The client may also use the photographs for the purposes of professional self-promotion. However, this license does not permit the client to re-sell or gift these photographs.

Casa Mia Photo has the right to use all the content created for publicity and marketing purposes.

Payment and additional fees:

Client agrees to pay all invoices by the due date stated on the invoice, not received payments will incured on a late fee. Fees incurred beyond the photoshoot, such as parking or valet fees are responsibility of the client. 

Subcontractors:

Please note Casa Mia Photo reserves the right to provide an alternate photographer for any appointment. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred photographer request.

Content Delivery:

Photography content will be delivered within 2 business days. Other proyects, such as videos will be delivered within 7 business days. 

Home Preparation:

The client is responsible for preparing the property before the photographer’s arrival. The property needs to be fully prepare for the appointment. 

Media Storage:

Casa Mia Photo only stores the photographic and video material for one year since the content was created. It is responsability of the client to store it correctly. and have it available whenever they need it.

Limitation of Liability:

Casa Mia Photo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Liability:

Client agrees that Casa Mia Photo, its employees, and independent contractors shall not be liable for any claims, expenses, damages, or losses arising from the services provided under this agreement. Client acknowledges that the use of our services is at their own risk and that Casa Mia Photo, its employees, and independent contractors shall not be held responsible for any damages, injury or losses that may occur while on the property, during or after the photoshoot, or from the use of the photos or any other services provided. Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Casa mia Photo, its employees, and independent contractors from and against any and all claims, expenses, damages, or losses arising from the services provided under this agreement.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
